Beat License Agreement

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below for each beat and license shown in your order. Agreement version 2026-09-11.

License grant

LUGURUBEATS grants the buyer the rights listed for the purchased tier after payment is complete. The license covers one new song per purchased beat and is worldwide.

License tiers

MP3 Lease

$29

A non-exclusive commercial license for a finished song using the beat.

·One artist may create and release one new song using the beat.
·Includes a tagless 320kbps MP3 and up to 10,000 total audio streams.
·Includes one monetized music video and live performance rights.
·The beat may continue to be licensed to other artists.

WAV + Stems

$100

A non-exclusive commercial license with mix-ready files and broader release rights.

·One artist may create and release one new song using the beat.
·Includes the available WAV and track stems, with up to 250,000 total audio streams.
·Includes two monetized music videos, live performance, radio, and broadcast rights.
·The beat may continue to be licensed to other artists.

Exclusive

$500

Exclusive rights for one artist; the beat is removed from future sale.

·Includes the best available master, stems, and session files listed with the beat.
·Unlimited streams, sales, music videos, performances, radio, and broadcast use.
·LUGURUBEATS will stop offering new licenses after confirmed payment.
·Any valid non-exclusive licenses sold before the exclusive purchase remain in effect.

Terms for every purchase

Credit: Credit “Prod. by LUGURUBEATS” in release metadata and descriptions where credits are supported.
No standalone resale: Do not resell, share, sublicense, or distribute the beat files by themselves.
No false ownership claims: Non-exclusive buyers may not register the beat itself with Content ID or claim sole ownership of it.
Buyer responsibility: The buyer is responsible for any lyrics, vocals, artwork, samples, and other material they add.
Limits: If a non-exclusive release reaches its stream or video limit, the buyer must upgrade before further use.
Refunds: Digital files and license rights are delivered immediately, so completed purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise.

Ownership and prior licenses

Non-exclusive purchases do not transfer ownership of the underlying beat. An Exclusive purchase transfers exclusive use of the beat for new releases, but does not cancel valid leases sold before that purchase. Producer and songwriting credits or royalty splits are not waived unless both parties agree in a separate signed writing.

Delivery and agreement

Download links are provided after confirmed payment and remain active for seven days. Your checkout acceptance, agreement version, order details, and acceptance time are kept with the order as the record of this agreement.
